Entries to the Knox Mountain Hill Climb should conform to the 2025 CACC Time Attack Regulations – this CACC classification structure is based upon SCCA Time Trials classification.
CACC Car Classification information may be found in the CACC Time Attack Regulations on the caccautosport.org website. The legacy classification system has been phased out and this change has been announced since the 2022 event. For full details on safety equipment, the driver is expected to review the CACC General Competition Regulations and the CACC Time Attack Regulations.
Please note, that while there are significant similarities between CACC TA classification and the SCCA Time Trials classifications, there are also differences. Ensure that you base your classification and safety standards upon the CACC Regulations. For example, CACC allows cars in Max classes with approved roll cages to run on DOT tires with a treadwear rating down to 40TW.
