Please note NO registration will be accepted after 8:00PM Friday night (May 17th, 2019).
*Registration License may be provided at a later time if the driver doesn't have the ability to acquire the 2019 documents for early registration. Please ensure to specify this when sending in your forms and be aware that a valid Racing Licence is required to participate in the event.
Entry Fee: For 2019, the entry fee is $350 for returning racers.
- Entries received after May 6th will be $400.
For US Residents:
- Returning Racer: $290 in US

*For new entries (first timers), or those who have not raced here for the past three years, the entry fee is $250.
Entry Payment:
- Entry will include passes for the driver and one crew member.
- Additional weekend passes will be available on Friday at registration.
- Fees are payable by cash, cheque, money order, payable to Knox Mountain Motor Sport, or by e-transfer to knoxhillclimb@gmail.com only.

- Late entries must be paid by cash, money order or certified cheque. No post-dated cheques will be accepted.

Cancellations (Fee):
1) If a driver driver does not advise the registrar that they are not coming to the Hillclimb race until after the race or not at all they would forfeit their entry fee.
2) If a driver cancels or advised the registrar less than a week before the Hillclimb race, they will be a charged a $50 administration fee.
3) A driver may only be able to hold over their registration fee for one year. A $25 administration fee will be applied. If they wish to cancel a check will be mailed back, minus $50 administration fee.
